Setting up your workspace

In Count, workspaces are the highest level of organization. Most users have one workspace for their entire company. Workspaces contain data, members, projects, and of course, canvases.

1. Create your workspace

Head to to create your free workspace:

To authenticate you can use:

  • Google sign-in.

  • Microsoft sign-in.

  • Email sign-in - a one-time link will be sent to your email address. Click this link to sign in.

  • For Enterprise plans - SSO sign-in.

You'll soon be directed to answer a few questions about your account including your preferred name and the name of your workspace.

You can change the name of your workspace later, so don't worry too much about getting it perfect.
